Learn, cook and eat at The Water Tower the Italian way!
Mirella Bergonzini and Rosalind Stoddart invite you to come and learn to create a pasta based Italian meal and invite someone of your choice to join us to eat it in the evening on Saturday 11th May.
Mirella is Italian and has many years of experience of running a wine bar back in her home town of Modena (where the best Balsamic vinegar comes from!) and great knowledge of her countries cuisine. She will talk to you about Italian cuisine as she teaches you to make a typical Italian aperitif, salad, different types of pasta (using eggs from hens in the garden) and the famous Tiramisu. So that you receive good support throughout the afternoon, we will keep the course to four participants only, with Ros helping support Mirella to cover all your needs.
It should be a fun day!
Date of course: Saturday 11th May
Time: 1.30pm till late. Dinner will be served at 8pm
Cost per person on course: £150 (This includes the course, the meal for two that will include an aperitif, wine and 4 courses). Four people maximum.
